- Create UX artifacts: sitemaps, wireframes, affinity maps, interactive prototypes, and UI mockups for user testing — validating proof of concept early in the design process.
- Conduct UX research using quantitative and qualitative data from business reports, user interviews, user testing, and card sorting. Present research findings to executive officers aligning business goals with user goals.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to redesign the customer experience and generate UX artifacts. Discover UX insights from team members siloed across departments through collaboration and one-on-one interviews.
- Leverage UX research to deploy 360 marketing campaigns that increase B2B sales through events. Results: sold-out event and sales report showed an increase in product sales.

- Produced: wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for the SASS Supply Chain Management app. Redesigned the user interface to fit within a single 1080p screen for speed and efficiency.
- Presented interactive prototypes to stakeholders to validate my design ideas early in the process. Aligned the business needs with the users’ needs while designing within the technical constraints.
- Collaborated with front-end and back-end developers to test design solutions within the existing codebase. When my designs weren’t in sync, I asked questions and researched how to rework my designs to fit the existing codebase.
- Conducted user field research observing the day-to-day work environment gathering qualitative data. Iteratively tested design ideas. Results: sales user flow completion time reduced from 5 min to 30 sec.
- Created a design system and component library following accessibility guidelines for web and mobile apps. Results: redesigned 100+ UIs within a single sprint. Learned: React.js, Bootstrap.js, SASS, NPM, and made edits to the codebase.

- Co-chaired the youth community advisory board, leading user experience ideation sessions creating new solutions, events, and programs for engaging young adolescents in healthcare at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
- Co-facilitated design thinking workshops to improve the user experience of accessing healthcare for young people at CHLA.
- Affinity mapping to establish a clear picture of the pain points users face when accessing healthcare through CHLA.
- Championed and assisted in launching a new brand design system that unified the image of siloed departments under one brand for CHLA’s Division of Young Adolescent Medicine.
- Designed print collateral, brochures, social media marketing strategies, and mobile ads. Results: increase in monthly engagement of health services for young people.
- Freelance graphic design for Arizona State University (ASU) and other clients from Phoenix to Los Angeles. Logo design, print, and digital.
- Web design for clients like Brand Acupuncture. Results: redesigned clients’ websites for web accessibility following WCAG and the ADA section 508 standards.

Nominated as the vice president in 2020 by the board of directors of AIGA, the professional association for design, Los Angeles Chapter. As the Vice President of AIGA, I helped bring together design community through events that spanned all across Los Angeles area. Together, we united designers all across the city for networking, career growth, learning, and socializing building a stronger community through connection. During my tenor we partnered with Adobe, Google, Herman Miller, LA USD, Vice Media, MediaMonks, InCase, Moo Printing, TypeCraft, Gnomon, and many other brands to inspire creativity across the design community.
